1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with E-Disenyo Art Sign Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all products and services provided by our business.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including sizes, quantities, materials, colors, and delivery information.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received.

3. Artwork and File Submission

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, text, images, and designs are accurate and print-ready.

  • We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, layout, formatting, or design errors that appear in customer-submitted files.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review and approve digital proofs before production begins.

  • Any changes requested after proof approval or after production has started may result in additional charges and revised production timelines.

4. Color Accuracy

  • Printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or previous print runs due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions.

  • Minor color variations are considered acceptable and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment or the agreed deposit is required before production begins.

  • Any remaining balance must be paid before the order is released or shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Production and Turnaround Time

  • Production timelines begin only after payment has been confirmed and all final artwork has been approved.

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by incomplete files, requested revisions, supplier issues, equipment maintenance, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order changes are accepted only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellations or significant modifications may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved before production begins, any applicable design or administrative fees may still be deducted from the refund.

8. Refunds and Reprints

Refunds, replacements, and reprints are governed by our Refund Policy.

If a production error is determined to be our responsibility, we may choose to:

  • Reprint the affected products;

  • Replace the defective items; or

  • Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

9. Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting artwork or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.

You agree to indemnify and hold E-Disenyo Art Sign Services harmless from any claims arising from customer-provided content.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Customers retain ownership of their original artwork.

  • Designs created by E-Disenyo Art Sign Services remain our intellectual property until fully paid for.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless the customer requests confidentiality before production begins.

11. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or collected by the customer.

  • Customers should inspect their orders promptly upon receipt and report any issues within 3 business days.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or missed deadlines resulting from the use of our products or services.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or shipping disruptions.

14. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations. We will not sell or disclose personal information except as required to fulfill orders or by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
